The entrance to The Hippodrome has a ramp and handrails. Three wheelchairs can be accommodated in the lower auditorium (front row). The reception/box office desk is at a suitable height for wheelchair users.

There are designated disabled parking spaces on Hope Street and Hamilton Lane and in the nearby free carparks on Seaview Place, Register Street and Union Street.
